| Ingredients: Whole wheat flour (72%), flax seeds, oat flakes (5%), rye flour (5%), sunflower seeds, dried sourdough (rye), iodized salt, dried yeast, flour from barley malt, dextrose, malt extract (barley, rye), acidity regulator: sodium acetate, acidic substance: malic acid, flour regulating agent: calcium phosphate and ascorbic acid. Suitable for baking in the oven and in the household bakery.
