Ingredients: Whole wheat flour (80%), oat flakes (7%), whole rye flour (4%), dried sourdough (rye), iodized salt, dried yeast, flour from barley malt, malt extract (barley, rye), acidic regulator: sodium acetate, acidic substance: malic acid, dextrose, flour regulating agent: calcium phosphate and ascorbic acid. Suitable for baking in the oven and in the household bakery.
